About the event
The IWA Young Water Professionals European Conference 2026 brings together emerging and established voices from across the European water sector to exchange ideas, share research, and strengthen collaboration around the future of water.
Hosted at Politecnico di Milano from June 14–17, 2026, the conference welcomes researchers, utilities, policymakers, innovators, and industry professionals working to address today’s most pressing water challenges. Topics include digital water systems, climate resilience, circular water economy, governance, and innovation in water and wastewater treatment.
Organized within the International Water Association’s Young Water Professionals Programme, the event creates space for knowledge exchange, cross-sector partnerships, and the development of the next generation of water leaders.
